All digital products are downloadable after successfully completing checkout with a valid payment method. Digital products are available in your customer dashboard along with your order and are also emailed to you.

Spicy Moustache Limited reserves all rights to withdraw downloadable products and related intellectual property without notice.


Refunds for Digital Course Products:

Refunds will be issued for digital course products that have not been started within 7 days of purchase.
To request a refund, customers must provide proof of purchase and confirm that they have not accessed any course materials.
Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.

Valid Reasons for Refunds:

Technical Issues: If customers encounter technical difficulties that prevent them from accessing or using the course materials.

Duplicate Purchase: In case of accidental duplicate purchases, refunds will be provided for the extra transaction.

Unauthorized Purchase: If a customer’s account shows unauthorized activity leading to a purchase, a refund will be issued.

Refund Process:

The request must include the reason for the refund and any supporting documentation if applicable.
Our team will review each request individually and communicate the decision within 5-7 business days.

Refunds will not be provided for courses that have been partially or fully completed.
Refunds will not be issued for change of mind or lack of interest in the course content after starting it.
